How are teams across the Avalanche ecosystem thinking about their treasuries, stablecoin balances, and on-chain yields in the context of cash management and diversification? After surveying 100+ protocols, founders, DAOs and VCs, there are some interesting takeaways about where businesses are holding their funds, what types of on-chain financial products they’re looking to access, and what guides their cash management strategies.
1️⃣ Crypto-native firms are naturally more open to investing in tokenized traditional products. depending on their structure, location, etc.
2️⃣ As DAOs become more proactive and sophisticated at treasury management, the maturing market may lead them to consider converting part of their treasuries into stables–enabling them to diversify their risk exposure.
3️⃣ As on-chain protocols become more battle-tested, tokenized traditional products have the potential to be an important building block of the blockchain ecosystem.
