If approved, it will cause an upgrade starting at 10:30AM EST (3:30 p.m UTC, Block 15,890,800). This release will enable the mainnet deployment of ITS Hub. See the v1.1.2 changelog for more details on the release (https://github.com/axelarnetwork/axelar-core/releases/tag/v1.1.2). The upgrade is expected to last approximately two hours.
