BPMG, the developer of the blockchain platform GemHUB, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with UAE investment firm MJ Asset Investment (MJ Asset) to collaborate on a stablecoin initiative.
Under this agreement, the two companies will jointly develop and commercialize technologies essential for issuing and operating stablecoins in Dubai. They will also cooperate closely to acquire local licenses in the UAE and respond to regulatory requirements. In particular, they plan to explore various business models, including real-world stablecoin usage, swap (exchange) services, and cross-border remittances, leveraging Dubai’s established payment infrastructure.
