12월 26일 우나 월렛 서비스 종료 이후에는 비밀문구를 별도 저장해 두어야만 WEMIX PLAY App 또는 다른 월렛에서 계속 이용이 가능하오니, 우나 월렛 앱 삭제 또는 재설치 전에 반드시 비밀문구를 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
또한, 우나 월렛 서비스 종료 이후에도 비밀문구 확인 기능이 1년의 유예기간 동안 제공될 예정입니다. 로그인이 불가한 이용자께서는 이슈가 해결된 이후, 유예기간 내에 반드시 비밀문구를 저장하시기 바랍니다.

una Wallet Login Issue After the Service Termination

Greetings from the unagi team.
As mentioned in a recent announcement, users are currently unable to log in after deleting and reinstalling the una Wallet app. We are working hard to resolve this issue promptly.
Following the termination of the una Wallet service on December 26, 2024, a recovery(mnemonic) phrase will be required to use in the WEMIX PLAY App or other wallets. Therefore, we strongly advise users to check and securely save their recovery(mnemonic) phrase separately before deleting or reinstalling the una Wallet app.
Additionally, even after the termination of the una Wallet service, the recovery(mnemonic) phrase will remain accessible during a one-year grace period. Users who are unable to log in due to the current issue are urged to save their recovery(mnemonic) phrase within the grace period once the issue is resolved.
※ Please note that the grace period is subject to change.
We will continue to provide updates on the progress of resolving this service issue through the official announcements.
